VapuerNoir Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or created specifically for each customer, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase with VapuerNoir, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all posted policies, including our Return, Exchange, Cancellation, Made-to-Order, Shipping, and Payment policies.

📦 Returns (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)

We accept returns only for eligible ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
• All original tags (if included) must remain attached
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, perfume, or pet hair

Return requests submitted after the stated return window will be automatically denied.
No exceptions are made once the return period has expired.

🚫 Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or chargeback claims:

• Made-to-order garments
• Custom or commissioned pieces
• Altered items
• Corsets, bodysuits, lingerie, or intimate apparel
• Accessories (including jewelry, headwear, bags)
• Sale or clearance items
• Fabric or color selections chosen by the customer

Items designated as final sale are excluded from all refund and exchange eligibility.

🔁 Exchanges

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be exchanged if:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items meet all return condition requirements
• Replacement inventory is available

If a replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose:

• Store credit, or
• A refund per the refund terms below

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

💰 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at VapuerNoir’s discretion
• Cash refunds are not provided
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

❌ Order Cancellations

Ready-to-Wear Orders

• May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Custom & Made-to-Order Orders

• May be canceled within 48 hours of purchase
• After 48 hours, production begins and orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Deposits paid for custom work are non-refundable

📦 Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

VapuerNoir is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after delivery confirmation unless shipping insurance was purchased and a claim is approved.

Shipping issues are governed by our Shipping Issues & Lost Package Policy.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact VapuerNoir directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of current orders
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
• Submission of transaction records, delivery confirmation, product listings, and policy agreements to the payment processor

Chargebacks submitted for items designated as final sale will be formally contested.

VapuerNoir reserves the right to refuse service to customers who violate store policies or initiate abusive disputes.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

• VapuerNoir is a small, independent fashion studio, not a mass retailer
• Our policies exist to protect both our customers and the sustainability of our business
• Made-to-order and custom items are governed by their respective policies and are separate from ready-to-wear merchandise
