By completing a purchase with VapuerNoir, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all posted policies, including our Return, Exchange, Cancellation, Made-to-Order, Shipping, and Payment policies.
📦 Returns (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)
We accept returns only for eligible ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:
Return requests submitted after the stated return window will be automatically denied.
No exceptions are made once the return period has expired.
🚫 Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or chargeback claims:

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
VapuerNoir is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after delivery confirmation unless shipping insurance was purchased and a claim is approved.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact VapuerNoir directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
Chargebacks submitted for items designated as final sale will be formally contested.
VapuerNoir reserves the right to refuse service to customers who violate store policies or initiate abusive disputes.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
